Treatment with Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid infusion). Only one low quality study conducted, and therefore unclear benefits. Seems safe.
Consider this treatment cautiously:
Unclear benefits. Only one small and poor quality research was done. The promising results in this research must be interpreted with caution. More and better quality research is needed. Side effects seem negligible. Look for other treatments.
Any excess of Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) is evacuated from our body through the urine. This makes vitamin C pretty safe even in high dosages.
